While vacationing in Antigua, there was this local selling handmade jewelry on the beach. We bought from him because he had on a Syracuse shirt, even though he didn't know anything about Syracuse.

Apparently my picture did not come through. How do I attach a picture to a thread?

Thanks,
Jaime

Save it to your computer then upload the file from there. Hope it works.

Thanks! I tried uploading the file, but it said the file (.jpg) was too big. I'll try to make it smaller.

So playing there would be considered a home game huh?
Under ESPN terminology, yes, if the basketball team plus there it is a home game. So far we have the only hoops team in history to play all of its games on a home court AND have home courts in multiple locations.

Surprised it didn't say "2013 National Champions" below it...

On spring break in 1999, I went to Rome Italy with friends. One night we went to an "American" bar. I wore my Syracuse shirt and the owner was a Syracuse grad so he let us drink free all night.

4 years ago, me and my newly minted wife were walking down a dark side street late one night in Rome after dinner while on our honeymoon. I was wearing a Syracuse hoody. A man yelled from across the street, "Did you go to Syracuse"? I couldnt even see the gentlemen, then he started walking back towards us. I replied yes, asked him what/how he knew about SU, turns out he was from liverpool on vacation with family etc. We shot the for a bit before getting on our way.

I am an avid SU tshirt/hoody guy, on vacation, i throw a bunch of them in my wardrobe. I ALWAYS have folks stop me, ALWAYS. Its actually kind of a joke, and the wife has complained that I shouldn't because of the amount of times we get stopped. In my experience, I have found that when I am stopped to discuss "SU" it isn't from and alum, but actually someone who is from the area and didnt even attend the school. Usually like 8x out of 10.
