Lawrence to start. Blitz him early and often, very talented, hopefully we can get him to make a few freshman mistakes.

Yea, it could be like that game a couple years back when FSU with Winston went in there and snuffed you guys out from the opening kick. Never seen so many people so quiet.

Well we only scored 27 last year and we are without our 2 stud receivers and stud TE.

Oh and Clemson’s stud DL did return.

We will score in the 20’s. Will have to ask the defense to keep Clemson under 25 to have a chance. Just like last year.
 
This is our first true "test" game since FSU is not themselves this season.

It would be an awful lot for us to get a win down in Death Valley, but if we can have a shot going into the 4th quarter and not lose by more than ten, I would have to think that would show that we are pretty close to deserving to be ranked.

We have done what we have needed to do against suspect competition, now just gotta keep it going against a big boy.
 
I'll be honest, I don't have a good feeling about this game...at all. But, what I do like best is that we have a bunch of Clemson fans here with a solid back and forth about this game.

That's the way it used to be against the bigger name schools. Glad it is again instead of worrying whether or not Buffalo will run up the score on us... at home, like a certain "peer" program.

My favorite annual tradition. The slow realization that Clemson fans butter us up but really detest us.

And to be honest, if the shoe was on the other foot I’m sure we’d be just as dismissive. Come to think of it they do play basketball, I think ;)

Here is the truth about Clemson fans.

The majority are deplorable. The good people within their group go out of their way to be incredibly nice to compensate for the terrible behavior of the masses.

Perhaps you were just in a bad part of town when you were there.
 
I just watched the 'condensed version' of the Clemson-Georgia Tech game. Lawrence is one heck of a player, but I don't think GT ever got into Clemson's backfield. I didn't see Lawrence with so much as a hand in his face.
