They have ZERO losses and a few good wins. That should be enough.

A team with 1 loss shouldn't be ranked ahead of them at this point, no matter how close a game was. The politics of NCAAB better not show it's ugly head.

UNC is not as good as they were hyped. Had to fight off a 4-4 Long Beach St team yesterday. Makes Kentucky's win against them look less impressive.

I think we will get the nod as #1. We have really looked good defensively the past several games and I think people are starting to notice. That combined with the losses of the other two should get us the nod. We have played well enough given our position in the polls. That doesn't mean we are the best team though... I'm not sure yet whether we could beat Ohio State consistently unless our half court offense improves.

We just won a game by 35 in which no starter scored in double figures. We're pretty freaking good.

Through 12/4 (less the Marshall and GW games), we ranked 31st nationally giving up 58.4 points/game. With those 2 games, we will be down to 57.3 points/game.

Our scoring margin is at 23.4 good for #9 nationally.

We haven't played the most difficult schedule but Florida, Va Tech, Stanford and Marshall isn't bad so far.
