Even the 16 seeds are loaded in that region a couple of dark horse candidates there to Cuseguy, Cuseregular, Ottomets, RF. Bracket is loaded.

Polls can also have multiple answers. Just make it clear that people can select multiple answers.

Instead of having 32 polls, perhaps you can shrink it to 8, so the polls do not get buried or cause clutter. It will probably make it easier for the person setting up the polls as well!
