Deans' List biology major switching into Whitman. Possibly interested [at one time?] in transferring to an Ivy? Sounds a lot like a student who is a sure thing for an academic scholarship and/or grant to me. While Syracuse does not promise to meet 100% of need to all students it does offer very generous award packages to those students it really wants. Good luck to him.
