For the youngsters out there, Sonny Spera is from Union-Endicott HS in Endicott, NY. He played basketball at Syracuse in the early 1980s. Then went to dental school and became a very successful dentist...

And he hit a half court shot against UNC once.
This is why we need a NLI rule, somebody's gonna make some $ and Marek won't see a cent
Sonny was always a fan favorite when he got in games
That's what I call creativity. Slovakia has decent hockey. Before the fall of the Russian republic, Czechoslovakia, the former combined country of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, was third in world behind Canada and Russia.
We could get Jackie Chiles to sue gtown.Another angle:
Marek: Think we got a shot?We could get Jackie Chiles to sue gtown.
Um... think that would be an NCAA violationhe should get 50% of the royalties
I’ve seen a lot of teeth get knocked out but I’ve never seen one shatter like that! The man needs some calcium! On a positive note he now has a very convenient cigarette holder
Well you can’t start a story like that without giving us more detail...I've had my front teeth knocked out. Twice.
But yeah - never did they shatter. OUCHIE.
Stupid related story: In my mid-20's, I had to get said teeth replaced, since they were coming loose.
(literally my two front teeth)
To do so, the dentist had to grind down the 2 adjacent teeth to pegs, so that the 4-tooth bridge would have a place to be attached to.
I had removable caps for that, while the bridge was being fabricated. So...
For Halloween that year, I went as a hockey player.
Rangers jersey, gloves, helmet - and 4 missing front teeth.
Everybody was like "damn! That's soooo realistic! How did you do that?"
Had 3 caps done on my front teeth maybe 10-15 years ago. One had died from being cracked playing hoops, and the others had gotten chipped, etc. Haven't played hoops once (intentionally) without a mouth guard since then. Really want my kid to wear one to protect the cash we threw into his mouth with braces, but asking him to where that and the mask in the same year seems like to much to ask.I've had my front teeth knocked out. Twice.

We need a follow-up story. What exactly was the injury - chipped tooth, KO'ed cap or what? More importantly, did Boeheim leave a quarter under Dolezaj's pillow?
So, did they call Marek for fouling the guy's elbow with his face? Or was the foul on Braswell?Jomboy did a breakdown!!
It’s not his fault. We haven’t had a true center since Rak. And we don’t seem to be interested in recruiting them either.Lost tooth then got abused against UNC. If I see marek at the 5 much longer my tv may not survive
