Can someone explain to me why Rafa Nadal is the 2 seed, but constantly at the majors he has been on the other side of the from Fed and Novak. Seems like Djokovic is the #1 seed, so he shouldn't have to be playing the third seed in the semis. Anyone know?

Does seem odd. Normally it would 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3.

I guess its like before the NCAA had the #1 #1 seed set to to play the #4 #1 seed
