Not sure what was said in that discussion but it is my understanding that HCDM has had the extension for quite some time.

Yup... that's we concluded there as well.

Would be helpful if there was some sort of announcement. Then again, if HCDM thought it would help then it would've been announced.

As long as the recruits are aware of the extension they can filter the news to the public however they see fit.
