As someone else already pointed out in an earlier thread, the DA has always been fair where issues with the University and it's students have been involved. I would say he will be fair and probably be a voice of reason in the long run. There needs to be someone with authority keeping things on the up and up and holding the right people accountable.

I've come around to thinking strong statements will ultimately help since people won't be able to argue that the DA swept it under the rug.
