Growing up I watched The Karate Kid way more than was probably healthy. I actually rooted for and liked the guys in Cobra Kai and thought that Daniel was kind of a doucher who was meddling with another dude's girlfriend. I thought I was the only one until now.
Now I know the video above is in jest but my point is those 80's teen movies were great at creating these good guy/bad guy setups and sometimes I actually liked the "bad guys" more and they always tended to be more interesting characters. Any other 80's kids out there feel the same way, or have another movie where you connected with the antagonists more than the protagonist?
