Matty needs to work on the 15 footer from the wings. If he can consistently make that shot it will open up the rest of the offense tremendously. He should be practicing nothing but that shot.

I'm hoping for a CJ Fair type player who is a little less athletic. If he can get stronger and in better shape and develop that medium range jumper with some good pump fakes and foot work he could be really solid. I don't think he can be as good as CJ just a comparison.
