The official Jackson Meeks is a dawg thread…

The way Meeks stepped in front of the Miami DB and sealed him off completely for the TD was such big play. All season his effort on every play was only second to LA and there is no shame in that. Meeks was a helluva player and pickup for us.
Lots of respect for how he plays the game.

He’s a high energy winner - loved him at the NC State game. I know not everyone liked him preening and posing for the fans at that game but that’s him - he’s just all about winning. Fran calling him a dawg is a good fit

I called him a dawg in the game thread, because the way he big boyed that dude in the endzone for his first TD was sick. The second one was LaQuint Allenesque in how he was not going to be denied the endzone.

How close was the out of bounds catch right after TD was called back on the first drive.

Looked in to me but no replays on ESPN.
I think the one you're talking about he caught it in the air on the way out but had no real way to get a foot down inbounds. Looked way closer than it was unfortunately; I heard someone in the crowd explain the rule to someone confused by it.

I commented on a FB post by his supposed step Dad on an ESPN posting and he claims he's got one more year. Maybe something we don't know?
I don't see how that is possible, as he played in at least 9 games in each of the last 4 years.

I love how he aggressively attacks the ball with two hands. Almost like a Keyshawn Johnson or Michael Irvin vibe to his game.

It’s amazing how nice it is when like 170 lb Taj Harris isn’t your best receiver.
