Here's hoping Dino gives them free reign to do their thing in that regard, since he was beyond abysmal several times last year, and cost us at least 1-2 games with poor/slow decision making at crucial times.

The last 3 games were the bulk actually. Louisville minus 21, NC State minus 21, Pitt minus 14.

The only teams we outscored in the 2nd quarter were Albany (plus 24) and Liberty (plus 7).

Rutgers, FSU, Wake were even.

BC, Ohio minus 3.

VT minus 6.

Clemson minus 7.

I think the real total is minus 44. But FBS, yes, minus 68.

When you look game by game, it tells me that the first 9 games were fine, and last 3 games were a disaster. Which we already knew.

I don't have a lot of faith that we'll fix it, other than probably having easier opponents this year. But staying healthy through that 4 game mess starting Oct 15 seems like a tall order.

staying healthy is often just a function of luck. if you are running undersized guys out there its one thing, but Rbs/WRs/QBs are not vastly different.. some teams run the qb all year and nothing happens.. we have a hit a long stretch of qbs getting hurt. Same for the oline, some teams get a group and the same 3-4-5 guys play 2-3 yrs together. We cant get 2-3 games together. it happens

even the VT game last year we missed and XP and then also had 1 ran back. so thats a 4 pt swing
