I’m worried about the two non-conference games this week, especially Hofstra, whose metrics are much higher than teams like Colgate and Cornell, who we chose not to schedule. We have to beat Hofstra and St. Joe’s—and by decent margins.

We need Tennessee to win some big games. They dropped to Q2. Now we are 0-3 in Q1 and back to not have a Q1 win on our resume.

We just played the most difficult stretch of games of anyone in the country. St Joes can’t shoot ( 25 pct from 3) and Hofstra is a decent program but with their recent win they aren’t creeping up on us at all. I think after Tennessee this team will be absolutely foaming at the mouth to get back to work.

I agree. St Josephs is more of the sleepy trap game on a Thursday late night after a long break but better to be the home team than them coming up from Philly. If there is some rust it may be early on.

Hofstra on the other hand I think is going to get ran off the court. The dome will be rocking Sat afternoon and we'll have the rust off from Thursday night.
