This isn't fair

Just imagine how good he'll be when he learns to jump.

He moves pretty well for his size! How many Mamadou Ndiaye's are there??

How could those parents clap for that display. That was an embarassment. Did anyone else on his team even try to score? The only sure way to defend him is, every time he goes for a dunk - pants him!!!

Is UConn recruiting him? They are usually all over these big, obscure foreign dudes.

The best part is at the end of the video where he has to bend down to walk out of the gym. He'll end up at Louisville, you just watch.

Either those rims are less than 10 feet or he is taller than 7'5. That was insane.

Is it wrong that I'm interested in recruiting some of those guards, because they clearly "get" how to feed the post?

Yea if you read the articles apparently he has a very dangerous cancerous tumor that lead to his uncontrolled growth spurt. No idea if it has been successfully treated or what, article mentioned local community was collecting donations a while back to get him medical treatment.

Reminds me when the Bradley brothers (think they ended up at Utah or BYU) were in highschool together. Both were over 7' at the time.

I hope the kid does well with his treatment. However, with humans this large, they tend to break down pretty early. Doubt he every plays major minutes at the major college level. He'll likely be injured most of the time

Where does he play?

For a tiny Christian school in Southern California. I read a story about him that said he wouldn't be eligible to play in California's mainstream HS association, so he has to play for this school and other little schools like it...kind of the NAIA of California HS sports.

Absolutely dominating, and as OP said unfair. But, if you remember the kid from UNC-Asheville a few years back, it seems possible that his body will break down before he gets to play the kind of College ball this video makes you expect, let alone professionally.

Did it state why he isn't eligible for the mainstream high schools?

There have been players like him or even taller than 7'5" in the NBA that had fairly long careers. Sean Bradley, Manute Bol. Gheorghe Muresan, Yao Ming. So, it's not a foregone conclusion that his body will break down before he can play at that level.

Being 5'8", I certainly wouldn't want to stand in front of him in line. :bat:

Muresan played 3 full seasons, Yao had his career ended by age 30 due to injuries, Bol also began to break down/retired soon after age 30 and passed away at 47. Bradley lasted in the NBA until 32. I mean, certainly it's possible this kid could be successful, but it seems likely that his body will break down quicker than shorter peers.

I was thinking the same thing. Even at 7'5 how is he dunking so easily flat footed. Just insane.
