not sure how unc is coming but there are vastly more tickets already sold for the NC st game. the lower bowl on ticket master home side mostly gone and not a ton left on the visitor side.

in tracking where i sit not one blue dot has gone away in the 2 weeks i have been watching..

Will be a lot of work to be done if SU beats Pitt getting a serious crowd in there for UNC

win and then they run a promotion for some package of the last 3 games. buy 1 get 1 or something to get the nc state crowd.

buy one for UNC and if they get to 6 wins you get a 1/2 ticket to one of the last 2. we get to 6 wins you get a free hot dog, anything

lose to pitt and it stalls out a bit. i would have been promoting hard off the clemson game but they are the experts.

Once we find out the UNC game time on Monday morning, it could help. Being ranked for that TV decision would help too. Would love to get a 3:30 slot.

Only 4 ACC games that week. NC State @ Clemson is the main event. Virginia @ Duke seems destined for the 12:20 ACC game of the week. Then it's our game and Wake @ FSU (both of whom are 2-3 TD underdogs tomorrow).

Honestly, I think we beat Pitt and UNC, we may be looking at a sell out to the NC State game which I thought at the start of the week was impossible. However, Tickets look like they are going pretty quick. I don’t think there is a single non-resale ticket available in the lower bowl on the Syracuse sideline.

If we beat pitt and unc, after nc state upsets clemson, the dome will sell out.

Have Orange Out for UNC. I strongly suggest they promote a big block party/ pep rally at the armory the Friday before the game. Get the hype machine cranking.
.....please beat Pitt.

considering we haven't had a sell out since, what, 1998 against Tennessee maybe(?) it isn't happening. it takes time to get the casual fan/non-caring student back in the fold. Let's win these next two games...

1998 Miami if it wasn't official sell out, it was packed, same as Va Tech

49+ for those miami games over the 10 yr run. same with VT.

88-2000 we had some really great crowds. be nice just to get to 45K again and not have them been 10K PSU fans.

were the vols fans about 3K-5K of that number?

2/3 remaining home opponents are bad. NC St is good. They play Clemson the week before though if they lose a game prior to that and that one that will cool the appeal.

Crowds will be good if we beat Pitt. Lville will be close to full if we have 7 or 8 wins. Look around CFB attendance is down we are a rarity to be trending upwards.

I am just saying, I’m looking at the map on ticketmaster right now, and I would say if there are 5,000 tickets left I think that would be a stretch. I think it’s probably closer to about 3,000 left.

They’re likely witholding tickets. I’m sure bnoro or others would have a better idea though.

I also could be way off but from how I see it

from what i see most of the seats in my section behind my row have not been released yet so i think there are still plenty left

Uusually where you see large sections of unavailable seats in the upper deck ,they haven't been opened up yet. When you see rows of available seats start popping up way high it is a good sign tickets are moving.
