Tiger Woods

If I was relevant in his life and could be frank. Driver and rehab is obvious, but the underlying issue here needs to be fixed... and its not the pain itself, its what is causing the pain. His constant attempts to comeback are physically intense and his body can't take it.. he needs to accept he is just a ceremonial golfer at this point.

----

#1. Get a driver
- You are damn lucky you haven't hurt yourself even more in accidents, and even more lucky that you haven't killed others. You are lucky you are not in jail.

I can have sympathy for someone that has a drug dependency issue due to pain. But a drug dependency issue is never an excuse for impaired driving - no sympathy for that.

#2. Go to rehab
- Its obvious you have a drug dependency issue which was caused (or continues to be caused) as a way of managing pain
- Get help for that dependency and go to #3.

#3. What is the underlying issue here? What is the plan.
- What is causing all this pain? To me the cause of the pain is his maniacal workouts and attempts to come back which puts an even further strain on the back.

- Accept 2019 was the high point comeback, and your body just can't handle you maniac like training and attempts to be a top level pro golfer again. Accept you are a ceremonial golfer and find other things in your life.
It is hard to be a functional adult if one didn’t have a childhood.

If the speed wasn’t observed or clocked, they can’t write a ticket. A Fl judge, I believe, just found stop light camera tickets unconstitutional.
Would the car’s computer be sufficient for the speeding? Is that something the state would have to subpoena?

The underlying issue is his arrogance, which has been a long-running problem for him. Donniesyracuse's observation - that it's tough to be a functioning adult if you never had a childhood - deserves consideration. He was commodified as a kid. How many 7(?) year olds make it on TV, let alone Johnny Carson's show? I don't know if it was Earl's plan to make his son a tool of his anger, but it seems it worked out like that. At least in part, anyway. Would I have been any different in either of those roles? Hard to say.

There is an underlying issue for two different situations

His arrogance and entitlement is certainly the underlying issue behind his choice to continually drive impaired. No sympathy for that.

In the case of apparently being addicted to / abusing paim medication, the underlying issue is his continued comebacks (and training) after injury. One could choose to have some level of understanding for this

Each of his parents did a number on him, and he ran with it from there.
