As frustrating as it was to not have much info during spring ball, they have really found a lot of stuff to report on this fall.

They do a good job, especially considering how little they're given to work with. They're given some drills, but they could probably detail who is the fastest jumping jacker on the team, if anyone cared.

I know that's basically what's happening everywhere these days with paranoid college coaches.

For a team still recovering from a historic low point, there is good stuff to cover. Stuff that would be run of the mill during times of normalcy, like what you can do with a full roster at practice. The new faces help, too, on staff and the roster.

I've seen a noticeable difference in the attention the Post Standard is giving to the football team this summer. It's great to see.

I know that's basically what's happening everywhere these days with paranoid college coaches.

The stretching period isn't all that long. There is plenty to see in the 45 minutes they have. It's as valuable then seeing any 11 on 11 work at this point.

Everyone will know soon enough what changes, if any are in store.

The change in approach may effect the behind the scene access that they had the prior three seasons. There may be more day to day stuff, but less Friday/Monday in depth, here's what scouting report said, this was the game plan, and here's what happened material.
