You could tell right from the beginning that this was going to be a different game. Our guys looked more confident and ready to play. Even when KSU made their run in the first half, we never put our heads down or let up. I think JB's decision to play more press early helped in that department. We came out of halftime the hungrier team. We took over the glass and played probably our best defense over the last 10 games. We went after it. That type of aggressive play on defense translates to more confidence on the other end.

If we play like that the rest of the way, other teams will have fits. Kudos to Rak and Dirty for taking over the paint in the second half. And it was nice to see Good Scoop rise from the ashes like a phoenix.

If Fair can find his jumper, we are going to be OK.

I think the pace really favored SU all game. When the game is uptempo we are very tough to beat.

I liked that JB threw the press on a few times in the first half. Sped up the game and got KSt out of their zone O.
