For those that may know, how much (percentage or dollars) did we increase the assistant coach pool by since Babers took over? From the outside, it seems we have been able to attract a next-level type assistant coach and coordinator and the results have shown. It may be the best thing that Wildhack has done since he started his tenure.

Assistants in my opinion have always been as important as the head coach. Most head coaches who step up a division bring the crew with them which is usually a mistake. Dino made a ton of hiring mistakes most notably Martin, the OL coach and Gilbert. We finally have a great group lets pay them and keep them. I would renew Dino at a lower rate and pay the assistants above market
