Also, it's crazy how a single play can affect a legacy. If that bizarro missed shot/alley oop by NC State that probably happens 1 out of 20 times doesn't happen, Guy Lewis is a much more household name likely.

Surprised that Bill Self has only been to four Final Fours (though he has two National Titles). Calhoun has four Final Fours too (3 titles). Pitino has 7 Final Fours total (two vacated), so he’s really 6th on this list.

If things had gone a little differently, JB could have easily had 7 or 8 Final Fours (1989, 2010, 2012).

That's what my patients say too, but I'm not. 48 is most likely more than halfway done. I'm the definition of middle aged. Being less than two years away from AARP isn't young even if it's not quite old yet.
