Looks like I missed when Arizona St was revealed.

So in the end, in the terms of the matrix:

Rutgers was the only team that was in, that missed. (they were in on 78 of 83 brackets, so this goes down as one of the biggest consensus misses ever)

Nevada was the only team that was out, that got in . (they were first team out per bracket, in on 26 of 83 brackets)
