I don't know who they play in the first round of the bet but if it's a bad loss they could be in trouble just like if we lose to bc. The hall has as many losses as we do the same amount of bad losses and good wins.

If that result happens, it will be very an interesting trend today.

Teams above the line would be 4-5, yet the 4 best of those would be 0-4, and the worst 5 of those teams would be 5-0. It would certainly muddy up the line as we enter tourney week. But given we are at the top of the pack (or at least viewed to be) there will still be a fair amount of teams below us.

Georgetown has been in and out of the first 8 out a few times. This will get them back in on the "first 8 out" group.

I think they would probably need to get to the BIg East Tournament Finals to have a good shot at an at-large.

Big East is really down. Marquette is struggling right now but will be dangerous because of their offense. Nova is a team that wouldn't worry me at all.

No one talks about it, but Mullin is doing an awful job in his short time there. Their roster is loaded and they won't even make the dance.

This hurts those teams as they closer to the line than us, and the last 6 in / first our, are a very stellar 6-1 today.

Of interest is the 3 teams that were above us (and very close to us on the matrix) that played today also all lost their games.

Yes, there was some winners today, but many losers as well. Our average seed is currently 8.7... it has been between 8.5 and 9.0 for about 3 weeks. I suspect it will fall below 9.00 tomorrow... maybe 9.2 to 9.4. It would have fell lower but given that all the teams directly close to us are also losing, we will just have teams that get closer to us, but few that pass us.
