Um, ya!If they are team "rules" and you don't enforce them you get suspended for 9 games, lose 3 scholarships and lose 101 wins from your all time record.

Now that I've wiped the vomit from my mouth-------It's Coach K's way to remind all of us that, while every program has rules, Duke has 'standards,' and they're higher than anyone else's. And that makes Duke better than everyone else.
