You need to go to the ESPN app and then login with fubo as your TV provider. That’s what I’m doing right now.

What I can watch any game on ESPN plus app except Syracuse , then I tried to download it wouldn’t allow me I’ve been trying to find a way in for the last fing hour

I could not get it on FUBO either-so I read the play-by-play on ESPN.

The game was on ACC Network Extra streaming. It was not om ESPN+. Need ESPN Unlimited or TV provider that has ACC Network.
