I'm shocked at how overweight and out of shape every player on UCLA appears to be... Big Bellies on the bench, and their center has twice as much extra weight that Fab had last year. This is not the same type of program Ben Howland ran at Pitt.

Oooooh, they are a chubby bunch. Loved that dude just going up for the dunk, deciding he couldn't jump high enough, and then missing the lay-in miserably.

Bilas made a comment that a tall, skinny Kansas player standing next to a rotund UCLA player "looked like the number 10".

I'm not doing so hot with names tonight, forgive me.

UCLA looks terrible so far

Since Ben Howland set Big East basketball back 15 years with his Hoya-ball tactics, ruining half a dozen of our winter evenings along the way, I take no small pleasure in this.
