We got bad Howard tonight

Him and Battle being defended really tight which has opened things up for Moyer and Brissett. Battle is taking what defense gives him but Frank is trying to force it a bit. He has been good dishing it to Moyer and Brissett. Seems he is gonna have to be less of a scorer and more of a distributor tonight based off what UCONN is giving us

Howard is too anxious to score. He has to wait for the shots to come to him and not force the issue. Our bigs could score at will inside. They have no answers for Brissett.

Brissett is a vacuum cleaner on the boards.

He really is a sensational rebounder. And he does it both offensively and defensively. I don't there's been a post-Carmelo frosh who rebounded like he does. (Harris had the instincts but not the height. I can't even think who else would be in the conversation?)

Welcome change. Our best seasons seem to transpire when we have above average rebounding [for us].
With this team having so much room for improvement, the potential is there for this team to really make some noise in a few months.
