This might result in a suspension of the game which could be turned into a forfeit, which would deny the Vols, (who had 3 time outs), any chance at a miracle finish. The field is full of water bottles and even a mustard dispenser.

He was short. From the various replays you can see the ball was on his hip when his knee touched and his hip did not make the line to gain.
