With our second half woes which seem to stem from just coming out slow and not having any game flow does it make sense to press for the first few minutes of the second half till the under 16 TO.
Treat it as a widen the lead or cut the deficit press where the team has a X points to 0 run goal, anyone with 3 fouls from the first half doesn't start the second to avoid foul rack ups.
Give them something to fight for right off the bat with a lead or trailing, generate game flow and kill the other team's halftime adjustments.
Teams that gameplan for it wouldn't be able to implement halftime adjustments as effectively because it's hard to think and play different based on conversations after trying to break pressure for a few minutes.
Clearly Some games and against some teams this would not be appropriate but we are a pretty good press team why not use a 4 minute havoc to spin out the other team and get our guys going.
