Yep, and in business it’s always cheaper to retain (customers and employees) versus selling to/hiring new folks. But maybe the “assets” we’re getting are a bit depreciated. Assessing how all this of this works (or doesn’t) should be steering the model we use to navigate this “marketplace” moving forward.
