I got 100 bucks cheaper than the Bonvoy price for the Luxor….All Marriott Bonvoy hotels are now live on the Marriot site. I have NYNY and Park MGM booked, and will decide at a later point. Mandalay Bay was a little more expensive, although not too much. I think as an older lady travelling alone I am best at Park MGM. I can head to the other hotels for people watching, and I also like that Eately is connected to it for a simple eating experience. I love the Eately in Toronto, and go there all the time. I walk long distances, so can walk to the game. I think it is about a mile and a half.
The tram will break it up also. ParkMGM is also easy tram ride in other direction to see mid strip area. All Marriott Bonvoy hotels are now live on the Marriot site. I’d be more worried about others. My sister and I bussed from Detroit back to Syracuse after the Cherry Bowl. To this day I still get chill up my spine thinking about that journey.Haha I’d use my hotel shower first before getting on the bus…. :O
But I am lifetime Platinum and get good perks and automatic upgrades. Some will apply in Vegas. I checked MGM rewards prices similar to what I have booked.I got 100 bucks cheaper than the Bonvoy price for the Luxor….
Yup. I looked at all of that. But I also like to get my steps in. I am a big walker/light jogger. Plus I will be coming from even hotter Phoenix. Vegas runs a few degrees cooler, so I will be ready for that weather. But I know if I am not up to it I can take the tram from Excalabar to Mandalay. I have walked most of the entire strip on other trips. The tram will break it up also. ParkMGM is also easy tram ride in other direction to see mid strip area.
You don’t need to do that … at some casinos they got a ‘love kit’ with their own personalized fake tattoo and other items in it for yah!OIG's coming home with a face tattoo
I’m putting together a good food guide for the extended stayers coming before and staying after. I’ll hit the highlights from Mandalay up to Ceasars but focus near the MGM complex. I know all the MGM area and from the Venetian to the mall/Wynn . Need to eat on a good budget but not also go get a 20 dollar Big Mac across from Mandalay and think out saving money. You need to walk to most places and take the tram. It’s easy enough as it’s 4 miles from the Venetian /caesars to the stadium more or less. Parking is a **** and there are about 3 bridges 2 diff trams and only some road you can cross at intersections. Most of the food network personality places are garbage and insanely expensive but there are some good ones too.Park MGM seems like a happy medium. Want easy travel on GameDay and definitely want to do some people watching on the Strip as well.
It’s a great Uber town as well.I’m putting together a good food guide for the extended stayers coming before and staying after. Park is a really underrated hotel. It's a good price point, smoke free, great casino (really friendly blackjack dealers, though I never win there), great dining from fast food to fine dining. It's also not a maze. Very easy to navigate and get around. Connected to Aria if you want something a little more upscale and basically connected to NYNY if you want something a little downscale. Also easy access to Bellagio and Crystals mall from the free "Aria Express" tram. All Marriott Bonvoy hotels are now live on the Marriot site. Sounds good. Your on the expensive end of the spectrum! I'm shooting for middle of the road, even though nothing wrong with splurging once in a while. I don't think I can eat at all of them in one trip and like my CC statement when I get home.I'm also planning a little food guide for those inclined to fine dining!
I'm going on wednesday and have reservations at Mother Wolf (Fountainbleu), Beauty & Essex (Cosmo), Rivea (Delano), Prime (Bellagio) and L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon at MGM. It'll be my first time at L'Atelier and excited to check out Fountainbleu. I'll be back in June and try to pick two new restaurants that I haven't been to, but I always go to Prime if I can get a reservation.
L'Atelier I was thinking about going too just because I haven't ever really been too a good French restaurant and it did have an intriguing menu but at about $200 pp it is going to be rough! Plus I probably need a jacket, shirt, pants etcI'm also planning a little food guide for those inclined to fine dining!

You can get by with a nice button down and jeans. I went to Guy Savoy at Caesars last year and that's what I wore and it's the same level of restaurant.L'Atelier I was thinking about going too just because I haven't ever really been too a good French restaurant and it did have an intriguing menu but at about $200 pp it is going to be rough! I spend stupid money when I travel. It's not real when it's vacation!Sounds good. Your on the expensive end of the spectrum! Yeah I’m shooting for 100 max most of the time… although I can do that with just the bar tab!You can get by with a nice button down and jeans. I went to Guy Savoy at Caesars last year and that's what I wore and it's the same level of restaurant.
As an alternative you might want to check Le Cirque at Bellagio. Could probably do app and entree for $100 with tip. It's world class and would fit right in with the best restaurants in NY and San Francisco.
Just booked my flights and my hotel. I'm arriving Thursday early afternoon and staying at the Luxor tower until Sunday. After my last couple of weeks, I needed something positive to look forward to. This should be a great weekend!
Sure.
Can you trade my 4 tickets for some on the opposite side of the stadium from Adam?
