Headed to Boston tonight with my daughter for our first college visits. I think we are hitting BU and NE tomorrow and BC on Sat AM. We are staying at the Marlowe in Cambridge. Recommendations for places to watch the game on Saturday? I know my wife wants to do some sightseeing as well since my daughter has never been to Boston, but they both cheer for SU and go to some of the games with me.

If anyone has a recommendation or two (good food and good beer :)) that would be great. BC is away this weekend so I am guessing there will be plenty of places with that game on TV.

The game is on Nesn so you should be able to get it just about anywhere. The pour house is the local SU alumni spot. You have Game on at Fenway that is a decent place to watch a bunch of games at once. Good beer selections can be found at the lower depth at me more square. Also you have Subset Grill in Brighton that has over 300 beers. Food is average though. Deep Elum is a good restaurant with good beer selection but kind of a hipster place. Food wise you should hit the North end for some good Italian and modern bakery.

Great - thanks! If I schedule this right we can run around and show my daughter a little of Boston and hit a late lunch right around 3:30 ;).

I don't see it on NESN. They've got Amherst vs Williams at noon.

Yup, you're right it's on NESN+. Just checked on the TV.

For the OP, if you're at a bar in Boston on Saturday, NESN+ is channel 894 if they have Comcast.
Interesting - my NESN+ says Off-Air. We'll see...

Try turning the channel on. Right now, you should get the audio for the Bruins game, but it should say Syracuse vs Maryland at 3:30 on the screen.

Perfect! Thanks. Didn't think of actually watching Off-Air. ;)

It's listed on MSG here in Connecticut.

Hope that's correct.

Glad I'll there.

Jerry Remy's is a good option. One right near Fenway Park, another near the Seaport.
