I thought I'd take a quick break from voting to pass on this interesting phenomenon: I got blocked on my home network so thought I'd have coffee at the local burger king where the ip is different. Apparently the intricacies of the bk WiFi make it hard to isolate the ip as I haven't hit the 25 limit in the hour Ive been here. I'm voting as quick as I can hit buttons. Up 2500 again.

It can be both. It seems that I have been blocked for hours when there is excessive voting from the Logano folks. Almost like the stock market shutting down when there is too much selling.
