Wake Forest Attendance

According to my local sportscaster here in Carolina so far this year, for the entire ACC conference, stadiums have been only 85 % full which is the lowest it has been since 2004... even with the addition of two new programs. (Kind of wish he hadn't added in that last part.)

First 500 in the door get an autographed ziploc bag containing one ounce of authentic 1998 Virginia Tech 4th quarter vomit.

So much for the tailgates.

That must be my vomit.

There will be around 30,000 butts in seats judging by availability on Ticketmaster.

If the game is decided, I don't stay. Call it whatever you want, it's a personal choice for me.
Never leave your team early. It's a matter of respect.

most of the time I can agree with you...but @ 49-0 I left the GA Tech game in the 4th Quarter...

dont know if youre an alum or not, but we all got a few emails on it.

its on facebook too.

but they need to find a way to capture the emails of cny, wny and capital district folks.

buy an email list or something.

do a promotion with wegmans or something...sponsor $500 dollar shopping spree, get their email at enrollment.

buy a car from fucillio...get 4 tickets. send em by email...

There are plenty of more targeted ways to capture people, but the AD needs to walk before it runs.

I always yell at people leaving early, although I seem to notice it more at basketball games. Scores of people will inevitably leave at the under 4 timeout regardless of the score just to save themselves 20 minutes in the parking lot. Pathetic.

Not only does it make no sense...its rude and disrespectful to everybody sitting along the aisles who have these nervous dorks blocking their view while they hustle out, and to all the people who have to move to let them by while they're leaving their row.

Because there's so many better things to do when it's 50 degrees and raining on a Saturday in Syracuse in November.

Bowling, anyone?
Bowling would be among the many things that are better to do than watch Syracuse football as it is presently constituted.

These games are just awful watches though. We blew out a few scrub teams, and that is the only fun we've had. The State game was great to get the win, but it was asloppy, ugly, messy, terrible watch.

The Penn State game was the only halfway decent game we've played, and even that was boring and ugly by normal standards.

People who aren't diehards...I can't really blame them for spending their money and time elsewhere. These games have been painfully boring and unexciting and low quality to watch.

I'd say at least 32k in there...I bet announced will be 40K
