Yep per rivals 99.2 and our highest rated recruit since they started followed by Morant and now Calvin Russell.

Rivals and On3 didn't exist in 2001 so it has to be something retrospective they did. 247 has some wonky stuff in 2002 if I remember correctly too.

I read that rivals started in 98 and until 02, when they started camps, they sent scouts to games and used the star system so maybe the number grade came after 02.
