Outside of Kingz, Kyle, Sadiq and maybe Betsey everyone gave up about 10 games ago.

We’re going to find out real soon if the University is serious about basketball. Monumental changes need to take place.New leadership will hopefully change anything like that. Looking forward to the future and not giving a thought to this season, it's over.
He shot the ball 5 times in 2 possessions today lolI don’t think George mailed it in
That team won 6 games after February including 3 in the NIT and didn’t routinely get their ass kicked against every decent team. This was a completely different level of mailing it in. 3-12 to finish and 2 games won after January.2002
2001-02 was a cluster from the start of the Fall semester when the whole Edelin / Konecny thing went down and Edelin was forced off campus for a he said / she said. Then there was the Deshaun / Preston drama. It’s amazing that team was able to function the way it did. We couldn’t even escape drama in the championship season because of a stupid YMCA league. When I hear the sob stories about the NCAA these days, I think back to when they wielded their Draconian powers with impunity and say “karma sucks, doesn’t it?”2002
The way the season started, I thought maybe Red had figured things out and turned the corner. The way the team regressed over the course of the season was really discouraging and kind of cemented the idea that Red was unfortunately just not head coach material. The rare team that got significantly worse as the season progressed.
What a waste of a season.
This is the craziest part. We just DEVOLVED.The rare team that got significantly worse as the season progressed.

I definitely agree. I simply do not believe that the team who gave Houston a run for their money and beat Tennessee couldn't have made the tourney.I still believe we had - at minimum - the talent to be a bubble team.
Those early games showed it.
It was pretty apparent on the courtRed never said it but there were definite chemistry problems
Every yearRed never said it but there were definite chemistry problems
It seems rare when SU hoops *doesn’t* have chemistry problems. It’s a constant with this program.Red never said it but there were definite chemistry problems
