We got a postgame discussion thread yet?

Shrader is starting to get a bit like DeVito with his unwillingness to throw the ball away and I am curious if it was less Tommy and more continued O-line PTSD
No…it was Tommy.
(I keed, I keed) :)

Did anyone try to listen to Dino’s post game presser on the radio?

I tried using a internet connection and there was constant crackling and the usual inability to hear the questions asked.

Was it my connection, or is this an issue they can’t or won’t fix?

Trebor Peña is also a bit underrated. He’s probably the fastest player on the team and the only one of this type that we have. That being said, he gets injured a lot and needs to stay healthy.

- UVA's offense still has potential weapons. The new HC was stupid for not trying to keep Anae and Beck, Armstrong's drop-off proves this point, as do the receivers. Their focus on forcing a running game was opportune having lost Thomas at MLB and seeing the weaker run stop in the Purdue game. Still, their new HC's offensive prowess seems better assessed by GBO than by the talking heads who believe he will out produce the Bronco Mendenhall teams.time will tell, but I am believing GBO right now.
UVa played a lot more like Clemson style than I expected. Power running game with passing mixed in - not just throwing it all game like UVa of last year. Credit them for adjusting the defense in the 2nd half to limit Gadsden.

I was unaware of what gbo posted. But I was unimpressed with what Elliot did last year when not having a Trevor Lawrence type talent at QB.

It would do wonders for my blood pressure if Geer and Linton would stop lining up offsides. That being said, those two are a problem.
Truth ^^^. Go look at UVA’s first offensive play of the second half. Ball placed on the 25-yard line (after the kickoff was a touch back). And there is Greer (who is super talented) with his left hand right on the 25 yard line. Was not called by the way. But was later in the drive. That’s lack of attention to detail, and it needs to be addressed.

Successful punt returners and kick returners must be guys who have pretty high levels of confidence, right?
They’re making risky decisions in the span of one second. Or maybe two seconds.
And he weighs less than 180 pounds.
I don’t know if he’s ever not going to be beat up and one split second decision from being really injured.

I was texting with family members who are Virginia fans during the game. They said that "Dr Bob" was going to ruin our all American running back. They might be wrong, but it sure looks like Tucker is not right.

One more thing, they said about their team was they were proud of the defense and that Armstrong looked lost. They should have run our tiny DL. They said that you can't get all those turnovers and lose, that's on TE. Also they liked #19, and our defense , except our gimmick 3-3-5. They will be rooting for us the rest of the way, as I will be for them. Great time. Too many beers, but it was fun. Foker out...
