Double heart break in North Carolina.

North Carolina State 21 East Carolina 20 on a missed extra point and a missed field goal in the last three minutes.

North Carolina 63 Appalachian State 55 on a try for two that failed because the receiver stopped running and turned around instead of getting to where the pass was thrown, followed by a kick 6 on an onside attempt. App state then gets a 47 yard kickoff return and passes of 22 and 26 yards, followed by another failed try for two, all in the last three minutes.

So far this season has been amazing...

The new playoffs are going to be great. Especially that second round watching the powers coming off a bye cake walk over teams.

But at least programs like NC State and UNC can be preseason favorites to make the field of 12 years they have their QB returning.
