I honestly wanted Miami to make the playoff but it looks like they’ll be in one of those bowls that involves condiments dumped on coaches.

With Miami's loss today to SMU, one can reasonably ask - was our big win over the U last year due to good play by us, or a typical Mario Cristobal November loss? They flashed on TV that he's 4-11 at Miami in November. Does that give us any more hope for another big upset next week in Hard Rock Stadium?

Great recruiter, but lousy in game coach. He has by far the best talent in the ACC, but still looses to teams he shouldn’t.

Since 2022 Miami has the biggest spread between Aug-Oct. winning % compared to November onwards

Been like that for over a decade with the exception of two 10 win seasons. Going forward a 9/10 win season with an OK bowl is the ceiling of this program.

I struggle to see a world where wildhack would bring in a 60+ year old head coach. I hope he would’ve called him but I feel like he was looking for a young candidate. Especially if the finalists being brown and the holy cross guy are to be believed
