The only coach who wastes more talent than James Franklin is Jimbo. It is unbelievable that Ped St's offense is this bad.

Penn State just can’t take the next step with Franklin - he’ll consistently keep them top 15, but not a true championship contender. Recruiting might get a boost when they expand the playoffs and they’re a regular playoff team - but he’s still a terrible game day coach.
