I think if there's one rule that needs changed in college football it's when a team misses a field goal less than 37 yards (so snapping it inside of the 20) they spot the ball at the 20-yardline for the team getting the ball.
Example: Texas A&M just kicked a field goal from their 6-yardline and missed it and South Carolina gets to start at the 20-yardline. I never understood why that's a thing. I think it should be the 13-yardline where the kicker kicks from just like any other kick from beyond the 20-yardline.
