Scooch, what is your issue with Dave specifically? He's tacky, rude, obnoxious all those things but he's ultimately just an entertainer doing the lowest common denominator thing. Seems very similar to Howard Stern to me.

Has he broken any laws or done anything other than be completely low brow?

I won't belabor this stuff. Portnoy has led some truly vile and repugnant harassment of women, and that's disqualifying to me. I'll bow out of this thread because I'm certainly not changing anyone's mind here.
