We're off to Maryland...

Remember Maximum Overdrive? We need an Otto version of this...

PA: "Feel free to use the one available lane out of 2 or 3 as much as you'd like. And please be safe and don't pass anyone while in that 1 lane...enjoy and please come back!"
It's like driving in the desert, make sure you have a full tank before entering.

that Maximum Overdrive truck could easily pass for the Terps equipment truck, that face looks an awful lot like Locksley

As a native of CNY who now lives in the Pittsburgh area, I regularly complain to the locals here about no shoulders, no drainage, no on ramps, huge potholes (and sinkholes), and ridiculously narrow "roads" in this area. I've been to 41 states, and PA roads stand out as especially horrible. My other favorite is the "oil and chips" they put down once in awhile in an attempt to get a couple more years out of a worn out road.

This is all funny because it's true... And sickening because it's my tax dollars "at work".

I just hope the truck gets there by Saturday

Yay I saw no reports of accidents on I81 along the path the truck was driving.
Yes that is a state record.
Seriously all be careful driving down 81 to the game, construction is not bad right now but the other drivers are terrible lol.

pa= worst road construction crews, horrible roads, and without a doubt the worse drivers i have ever seen!!!!! i've lived in nj, and commuted in that traffic for 34yrs. drivers were far and away better than pa --- i have lived in bethlehem pa for 10 yrs. and all negative road and driver comments i am sorry to say ,are well deserved!!!!

Terrible drivers in this state are one of the top reasons I work from home, I've seen way to many accidents happen in front of me driving up and down I-81.

The weirdest thing about the constant construction is this:

The road surface never seems to get better.

Never have I driven down 81 or 80 and thought "wow, what nice new pavement."

It's always under construction and it's always in disrepair. It's a paradox.

Not really.

These guys know that if they ever actually finish a job, then there’s no more work.

So the job never gets finished.
