The guy got picked high because he transferred to Syracuse and blew up, and he hung around the league so long mostly because of his defense.

He should be used to shut down any negative recruiting “teh zone will ruin ur nba chances” BS.

For a man who never learned to dribble, a decade-long career is excellent. Not what an NBA team wants to use its #4 draft pick on, probably, but if you'd told us on July 24th 2009 than the transfer from Iowa State would be winding down his NBA career in exactly ten years, we'd have been thrilled.
