What are the minimum expectations for 2015

How about Scott Pioli?
if we could sign him to a 15 year contract where the school had the right to fire him at any time, but he had a 5mill buyout that increased by 250k a year, then...perfect.

Huh?

I'd hope the short list is being prepared.

Who's preparing it?

perfect, then fire the AD too.

If the rumors are true - he might be gone anyways. But if Shafer wins 6, they won't buy him out with Gross at the helm.

The only way Gross gets fired is money stuff - and you'd think that would have happened already.

What is the bar that Scott Shafer and his team have to clear next season?

My personal expectations 3-1 in the OOC games.
3-5 in ACC games.
6-6 overall. If these expectations aren't met I don't care if we get tons of injuries the SS era has to be done.
A top 75 offense would be gravy.

I don't care if we run the ball, pass the ball, but the offense has to look at least like it belongs in the Division 1 power 5 conference level.
I'd accept that. I expect a big slow sh!tshow and lots of punt our @sses off days

GoSU96?

I'd take his choices over Gross' pick.

I agree with others about the HC and AD but do they have enough money to hire both in the same year? Might be stuck with 1 of the 2.

The theme for this season should be "#%€ it!" Shafer has nothing to lose this season. Losing record and he loses job. No punts in a short field. No lining up in shotgun formation in end zone with your slowest back. The list goes on.

The last time we tried to hire an AD and a HC at the same time it didn't work out too well.

New AD has to come first. New HC comes a year later.

After watching the level of play in the better bowl games, it's obvious we have a long way to go. I'm sorry to say I'm putting my expectation at 4 wins.

Somebody pee in your coffee? So much negativity around here. That's not that hard a schedule.

Ha. By next year people will make that schedule out to be the Bataan Death March.

Same as every year.

For all of the fighting about Marrone, I feel like the looming disaster of 2015 is going to unite us all.

;)

I would have yo say 6-6. Bowl bound. In the games we lose we have to be in it until the end.

Minimum expectations: Go bowling or go coach searching.

Shafer thinks that punting in a short field is the best way to win. Because then we'll force a turnover and we're in business.

That's seems eerily familiar. Our board thought the same thing at the start of this season.:(

I'd like to see this group of seniors go out with a measure of success.
I'd like to see Terrell Hunt continue to develop and run an efficient if unspectacular offense that moves the chains and puts us in position to score.
I'd like to see a youthful defense take on the responsibility that their predecessor's set.
I'd like to see Special Teams improve in the coverage units and be successful in the return game, with hopefully at least one TD return.
I'd like to see the younger guys on the roster continue their development, as I think there are a handful of really good young players here.

I'd like to get back on track and continue what we started 6 years ago, moving back to respectability.
I'd like to see the coaches continue to develop and have a measure of success on the field that they've earned.
I'd like to upset one big time opponent.
I'd like and expect to go bowling.

I'd love football to last 40 weeks.
I'd love one of our QB's to develop a howitzer type arm that shoots lazer guided fricking missiles.
I'd love for our skill position players to grow rockets on their behinds and find a 7th gear.
I'd love for our lineman to avg. 6'9 415
I'd love for our KO man to hit people in the face in the fourth row.
I'd love for Riley to send a bullet through the Dome roof to necessitate a new one.
I'd love to win a National Championship.

Orange 2015!

And did I just recently notice that he no longer has TOB by his side due to retirement?

You think London would survive a 6 win season in 2015?
