What I'd love to see

Aside from a national championship of course...

We play Gtown in the BEAST tourney final, obviously we win, and DC runs from the stands to grab the mic and announce that the Big East is officially closed.

Lights go out.

I for one will be very sad when our time in BE basketball is done. Some of my best memories of my two best friends, now deceased, involve our times together in NYC. I have been going since 1983, with few exceptions. I will miss it.

No doubt, but unfortunately that ship has sailed. Might as well go out with our chests sticking out.
