What January 1st B1G bowls should ACC/ESPN target to take over?

Now B1G switches from ESPN to Fox, what bowls should ACC and ESPN target after the current contract expire? Right now B1G has too many January 1st bowl and the difference between B1G and ACC is shrinking. It makes no sense that B1G sent two or three to NY6 bowls then their No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 7 all goes to Florida and San Diego in New York Day or Eve.

I think ACC should at least take one of the three:

Citrus Bowl in Orlando.
Outback Bowl in Tampa.
Taxslayer Bowl in Jacksonville.

B1G also has Holiday Bowl in San Diego on New Year Eve. But it is against PAC12. That is like junior Rose Bowl for them.
