Is that, if true, the guy who gets hurt the most by this is a guy who is a model student-athlete.

Rak graduated in 3 years and is now in graduate school and, on the court, has just had the best game for an SU 5 in almost 50 years.

If you wanted to put a picture of the model student-athlete in the dictionary, Rak would make a he!!uva candidate.

And he is the guy who suffers by not being able to play in the dance his senior year.

That just plain sucks.

If that happens at SU's behest, it'd be shameful. More greed at the expense of kids; no different than what everyone on here claims to hate about the NCAA.

Take it this year. Only impacts Rak and the other 7 active non-injured scholarship players. Next season it impacts a full house of 13 players.

Get it behind the team in 10 weeks (after NC game) instead of casting a pall over the program for the next 15 months.

Yes, sucks for Rak, but its a lose-lose situation.
