I listen to Brent Axe on A.M. 1200 from 4-6 pm mon-fri
In the cell with M.L. on A.M. 1260 from 3-6 pm
Bud and the Manchild when I can on am 1260 from 10 am-12pm
Sometimes Orangenation on 1200 am from 12pm to 2 pm

For t.v.
Orangenation which I believe is on at 7pm on Tuesdays on nbc
Syracuse Sidelines on News 10 now Thursdays at 7pm.

These are all local shows, and focus mainly on SU athletics when they're in season.
