What's the one NFL team that you couldn't root for?

I am largely indifferent to every NFL team. I cannot say that I really hate or love any of them. Occasionally I will support the Bills because my wife supports them. My support is more for her. My sons support the Eagles, and have ever since McNabb. I usually hope their teams win for them. I used to follow the Giants. But gave that up when I lost interest in the NFL. My wife will watch games on TV and I am continually amazed how much I don’t care who wins.

I think it’s hilarious all the cowboys on here. I’d imagine that’s given this is a forum with so many Giants and Eagles fans on it. As a cowboys fan who has no shame in admitting the reality that they haven’t been relevant as a title contender ( despite a few years of hope mixed in) for almost 30 yrs now I would think people could care less about hating Dallas. Jerry Jones will continue to overspend on the wrong players for as long as the man lives. That said I understand the hate if it was 2004, but 2024? Cowboys are just a brand and literally nothing else.

Also my answer is there is no team, not even Washington I couldn’t root for. Loyalty in sports is long gone so the days of teams really having that deep seeded rivalry due to a coach or a collection of players is massively diluted.

Yup. Cowboys and Eagles. And nothing makes me happier than to see Jerry Jones and all the fans of America's Team miss the NFC Championship game/Super Bowl for the 30th straight season.

What did the Jets ever do to you? I know what they haven’t done for their fans, but don’t see why people other than Jet fans would hate them. ;)
As a Jets fan I agree. As long as Woody Johnson owns them they are dead to me.

I live in Cowboys country, there's no better place to be than texas if you're a football fan. But the cowboys have become a laughing stock, a quarter billion dollars for Dak friggin prescott. That is the life sentence the Joneses deserve.

A good portion of the fanbase make most fair weather fans of other teams seem like diehards. For those who have a story behind or real reason for being a fan opposed with just being a willing donor to the brand are all the same as any other teams fans.

Jerry is hated just as much by any knowledgeable cowboys fan no different than the beleaguered Jets fans.

It’s just funny to me more folks still find a reason to hate what is such a pathetic brand now.

Just the other day walking the dogs had someone holler from a car #&!! Dallas since I was wearing an old cowboys knit hat… I just have to laugh that people even care enough to hate Dallas.

Thinking about Kyle playing in the NFL (hopefully in 2026 as a day 1 pick), I'll casually follow whatever team he is on. Then it got me thinking, what team would be the hardest to follow, even from a distance?

For me it would be the Cowboys, gross.
Cowboys

The only thing better than a Cowboys loss, is the day the Cowboys are eliminated, they win. I hope they win out and get the worst draft pick possible for a non playoff team

I recently posted that in my appreciation for KM, I would follow him and the team that selected him faithfully due to the fact that I was in the market for a new NFL team.
Then this post came up and had me thinking, what if that team was the Dallas Cowboys?
Hmm… would have to give this some serious thought.
